Harassment of any kind, including physical assault, battery, deliberate intimidation, stalking, or unwelcome physical attentions, will not be tolerated. If people tell you “no” or to leave them alone, your business with them is done. If you continue to attempt to have contact with those people, you may be removed from the premises. The following general rule supersedes all others and may be invoked at any time: Any action or behavior that causes significant interference with convention operations, excessive discomfort to other attendees, or adversely affects the convention’s relationship with its guests, its venues or the public is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent suspension of membership, No refunds

Anime Fuse, and Anime Gaming Expo has adopted a zero-tolerance policy regarding actions or behaviors that threaten the safety of young people, including violence, bullying, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and other inappropriate or potentially harmful actions or behaviors. Anime Fuse and Anime Gaming Expo views the safety and security of all participants—especially young people— as a top priority.

As a part of our commitment to ensuring that Anime Fuse and Anime Gaming Expo is an all-ages event, access to mature content is protected and limited to 18+ attendees only. Participants/Vendors/Artists may not openly display mature content of any kind.

We recognize that costume-related weapons are sometimes an important part of the costume experience, so our convention has the following weapons policy for costume-related weapons in place: All weapons must be non-working and peace-bonded. No functioning projectile weapons includes water pistols, silly-string guns, and ping-pong pistols. Bladed weapons must be cased or always sheathed. No “live-steel”, aluminum, or other metallic bladed weapons are allowed to be without casing or sheathing, even if the blade has been dulled. There will be absolutely no play-acting with props indoors.

  • No functional props or real weapons are allowed at
  • Masks and Face covering are allowed
  • Real knives, swords, guns or anything considered or categorized as a weapon or that security sees as a danger to attendees WILL NOT be permitted at the event our any areas managed or associated directly to Anime Fuse, Anime Gaming Expo 2023.
  • They will be inspected and tagged as CHECKED.
  • Masks, Cosplay accessories, blasters, lightsabers, foam weapons and common place props are allowed and encouraged.
  • Please use common sense. If the props are at all dangerous to the public, you will not be allowed to bring it inside the center.
Will be located by the main entrance of the convention.

Our team been reviewing the discussion regarding Ai-Generated Artwork and have determined that based on the currant nature of its implementation and lack of regard towards artist, we cannot in good faith let this kind of product exist in our event.

Anime Gaming Expo will not condone or accept any form of AI-generated art piece being used within our materials, nor sold in our Vendor Hall and Artist Alley.

Attendees may bring food for personal consumption only. Bulk food items will not be permitted. We highly recommend that you bring drinks and refillable water bottles to stay hydrated.
 
No Alcoholic beverages or being intoxicated in the event will be allow on event grounds. Security will be strictly enforce and will be remove from the event. No refunds.

No pets allow in the event. Only allow service pets.
